This system was manufactured for the Robotics Industry for
precision welding on military vehicles. Heavy Duty Mast
has 9 ft. of constant speed of precision screw driven lift
starting at approx. 36 from the floor to 144 high under
the boom. The mast has manual rotation with lock.
Boom has 9 ft. of Dual Pinion variable speed gear drive
and rolls on Thompson Roundway roller system. Weight
capacity approx. 750 lb. Travel car is 5 x 5 x 19
High and Variable Speed Rack & Pinion Drive on 33 ft. of
Thompson Roundway Precision Track. All three (3)-axis
paths are accordion booted. This system is now Servo driven.
